  Beware these guys are a bunch of jerks. Extremely unprofessional, would not consider doing business with them. ARVs inflated, rehab costs low-balled. I was sent an email with a wholesale deal located down the street from me; I used their texting system to ask to view the property and whoever was on the other end stopped responding after asking what time I'd like to view it. After receiving a second email today showing a price reduction I texted a second time. I made the comment that it must be hard to sell houses when you don't respond to people who are interested. Rather than offer to set up a second showing I received a nasty text back and was then was removed from the email list. There are new properties to buy every day, no use in dealing with a bunch of unprofessional jerks.
